The die head is made from imported mould steel.·The double cavity vacuum inspiration cover could clean the air, dust and particulate, increase the fixity of melted film and ensure the good hot conduction between melted film and cooling roller.·The bidirectional loop design and helix runner inside cooling steel roller is adopted to ensure even temperature of roller surface.·The film is cast by air knife, and air pressure of every point at the mouth of air knife is even to get good stability.·It is mounted thickness measurement gauge and on-line testing system to ensure even film. ·It is equipped with high property corona processor.·It adopts on-line side material recycling extruder. The side material directly enters into main extruder, which reduces operating cost, and ensures little stain, good plastication and high-quality products.·Automatic turret central coiling adopts automatic tension controller from Japan “MITSUBISHI”, could cut-off, change scroll automatically, operate easily.·Electric control: Whole gearing system is controlled by inverter, and controlled and adjusted synchronously.·According to client’s requirement, we could provide imported full-automatic die head, thickness measurement gauge, and electric touch screen operation system. |
